FAQ
- Do you guarantee Google search ranking?
- No. We submit your page to Google Search and integrate Maps, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking. Full SEO is a separate service.
- Can I request unlimited revisions?
- No. Included feedback rounds follow the package scope: Starter includes 2 concentrated rounds, Business 3 and Premium 5. Program defects, factual errors and missing agreed deliverables do not consume a round. New pages, languages, design directions or systems are quoted separately.
- Do you run ads for me?
- No. Ad campaigns on Facebook, Google or TikTok are not included in the packages. They can be purchased as an add-on service.
- Do I own the domain?
- Every package includes a free bizthai.net subdomain, for example yourbusiness.bizthai.net. When you add a primary domain, it is registered in your name and AlphaBlue acts as the technical manager.
- What if I cannot provide the materials?
- Delivery starts after your materials are ready. If you cannot gather them, we can arrange an offline visit or a paid material-gathering service.
- What does it cost to keep the site running each year?
- The website build is a one-time purchase. The website stays online on bizthai.net with SSL and up to 50,000 counted visits per month, an average of about 1,667 daily visits and well above the tens or hundreds usually seen by ordinary local-business websites. There is no yearly website fee. From year two, only retained running add-ons renew individually: custom domain 990 THB/year, mailbox 290, contact form 390, feedback 490 and self-managed content 990. Each add-on's renewal price is locked when purchased while it remains active.
