The base website, SSL and bizthai.net address stay online within 50,000 counted visits per calendar month. Domain, mailbox, forms and content editing can renew separately.
Both packages include the first service year for ongoing services activated within the agreed scope. We explain each annual charge before activation. At handover, you receive an itemized renewal list and estimated total. There is no fixed annual package fee.

No. Start with your existing Facebook page, Google Maps listing or business information. We help organize the scope. You provide accurate facts, permission to use materials and final approval; new photography and substantial new content are agreed separately.
With the content-editing service active, you can update the supported service, product and article content. Layout changes, new page structures and new features are separately scoped. Existing articles remain; editing does not consume the annual new-article allowance.
Business and Growth include standard forms for the first service year. After that, only activated services you choose to keep renew, at the itemized prices confirmed for your project.
Cancellation is calculated from documented work completed: project start 5%, design direction 30%, production 45%, QA and launch 20%. Partial stages use evidenced work, plus disclosed non-recoverable costs. See the full policy for conditions and remedies.
